We are pleased to have been invited to the 26th Regular Meeting of Asia-Africa-Arab 55, which was held on May 31, 2023.

His Excellency Mr. Kwacha CHISIZA, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Embassy of the Republic of Malawi in Japan, our host country, introduced the country and gave a presentation on the significance and potential of investment in Malawi. Although the Republic of Malawi is in Africa, we were given a valuable opportunity to learn from excellent examples beyond the boundaries of Asia.

Mr. Yutaka Arima, Director General, Southern Asia Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, gave a keynote speech on the highlights of the “G7 Hiroshima Summit 2023” (May 19-21), including Prime Minister Kishida’s talk at the “Nikkei Forum 28th Asian Future” (May 25 and 26).
It was a great pleasure for us to be able to share my heart for freedom and peace for all nations.

We were also fortunate to meet and greet Her Excellency Ms. Mylene J. Garcia-Albano, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Japan, whom we had hoped to meet. We were also able to meet again His Excellency Dr.Durga Bahadur Subedi, Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal in Japan and Ms. Michiko Fujimoto, Executive Officer of K.K. KYODO NEWS.
