[Event Report] AWLF Online Summit Vol.5

We held its fifth Online Summit on Friday, December 12, 2025.

This time, we welcomed Ms. Badamtsetseg Lkhagvasuren, a visionary entrepreneur and brand strategy coach from Mongolia, as our guest speaker.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who joined us, and especially to Ms. Badamtsetseg for graciously accepting our invitation.

This ongoing summit series serves as a “third place” for connection—a dialogue-driven space where women leaders across generations and borders come together to reflect, learn, and empower one another.

Guest Speaker: Ms. Badamtsetseg Lkhagvasuren

  • Founder & CEO of Momade

  • SME Business & Branding Coach

  • Recipient of the Women in Tech Global Award (2023)

  • Mother of Four

Ms. Badamtsetseg is a powerful advocate for women entrepreneurs and working mothers, building initiatives at the intersection of technology, motherhood, and branding. Based in Mongolia, she founded Momade, a remote work agency that now supports over 700 mothers around the world. Her inspiring journey earned her the Women in Tech Global Award and continues to empower women to achieve economic independence on their own terms.

Keynote Highlights: “Even When Everything Is Lost, We Can Rise Again.”

With honesty and humor, Ms. Badamtsetseg shared the winding path that led her to launch Momade.

“I’ve made so many business mistakes… I could’ve paid Harvard tuition by now,” she laughed—yet behind the humor lies a story of resilience: the loss of her parents, the struggle to raise four children while working, and the courage to begin again.

One of her most memorable lines:
“I’m not a businessman. I’m a business mama.”
This phrase spoken with pride and conviction, deeply moved participants, capturing her strength as a mother, a woman, and a leader.

From the Dialogue Session

In the second half of the summit, participants engaged in open conversation with Ms. Badamtsetseg on themes such as:

  • What does it mean to build a business as a mother?

  • How can we continue believing in ourselves?

  • What daily practices help women sustain their energy?

  • How can we nurture confidence in our potential?

Looking Ahead

AWLF is committed to cultivating 10 million women leaders across Asia by 2030, and in 2026, we will host an international summit at UN ESCAP headquarters in Bangkok, where 333 women leaders from across Asia will come together.

This online summit was one more step in that journey—a gathering where perspective and compassion met, sparking a sense of solidarity across borders and generations.

We warmly invite you to our next summit, scheduled for January 9, 2026.
We look forward to welcoming you again.
