AWLF Online Summit is a recurring, dialogue-based series designed as
“A Third Place to Connect with Asian Women Leaders.”
It brings together participants across generations and borders to engage in meaningful conversations, learn from lived experiences, and reflect on leadership and life.
Our special guest for this session is Ms. Harasha Bafana, joining us from Singapore, where she has dedicated her career to women’s empowerment and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Ms. Bafana began her career as a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, later serving in a senior management role at SingTel before becoming an entrepreneur.
She is widely recognized for scaling her restaurant business to a million-dollar enterprise without using any advertising, showcasing her exceptional strategic insight and business acumen.
Today, she continues to dedicate her work to supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs and building ecosystems in which women can fully realize their potential.
