Toto was born and raised in Beijing, China. A trailblazer from the start, she launched her first event company at the tender age of 19, setting the stage for her meteoric rise in the world of entrepreneurship.

With an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a global perspective, Toto embarked on a journey that took her to the prestigious realms of Japan and the United States. Armed with a profound understanding of entrepreneurship and international education, she honed her skills as a consultant at IBM Japan before venturing into the cutting-edge realm of blockchain technology.

In 2017, Toto co-founded TEAMZ, a groundbreaking blockchain solution company, where she spearheaded the transition from Web 2.0 to 3.0. Her visionary leadership led to the creation of white papers, the introduction of blockchain technology to traditional industries, and the establishment of a solid foundation for the global expansion of blockchain-related projects in Japan and China.

As an event producer extraordinaire, Toto orchestrated some of the largest and most impactful gatherings in the blockchain space. Her crowning achievements include co-organizing the premier International Blockchain Summit in Tokyo for five consecutive years, drawing over 10,000 participants from across the globe. She also curated the prestigious Asia Blockchain Summit in Kuala Lumpur, further solidifying her reputation as a luminary in the Web3 arena.

But Toto’s influence extends far beyond the realm of blockchain. As the Head of Communication and Japan chapter lead for RED CLUB x Cartier, she fosters a community of global young entrepreneurs dedicated to driving positive societal change through their ventures. Under her stewardship, the community has expanded its reach from four to eleven participating countries, amplifying its impact on a global scale.

In 2020, driven by her unwavering commitment to gender equality, Toto founded “Sheis” with a bold mission: to shatter barriers and unlock the full potential of women worldwide. Through her tireless advocacy and global initiatives as a female entrepreneur, she strives to eliminate gender disparities by empowering women with knowledge and information.

I grew up in Beijing, China, with a desire to explore the world beyond. After college, I ventured to Japan for further studies and later to the United States. Throughout my upbringing, my mother emphasized the importance of securing a stable job for financial independence, a principle I held dear as I pursued various challenges. Determined not to leave any regrets due to missed opportunities, I followed my passions rather than conforming to traditional gender roles.

While traditional Chinese thinking often dictates specific roles for women, my father encouraged me to break barriers and explore new horizons. His support motivated me to seek internships, engage in business communities, and connect with people who offered broader perspectives. My parents served as mentors and role models, guiding me through childhood.

Upon arriving in Japan, I found a cultural connection through playing the Chinese guitar (Pipa) and became a bridge between Japan and China. Volunteering at orphanages and nursing homes ignited a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This experience inspired me to become an entrepreneur after my tenure at IBM Japan, recognizing the importance of financial stability and influence in helping others.

In 2020, I founded Sheis with a mission to empower women financially. Leveraging blockchain technology, our goal is to create a truly decentralized world that rewards everyone’s efforts fairly. Regardless of geographical location, women can embrace diverse lifestyles and receive equitable rewards for their knowledge and experiences through the internet. Our vision is to provide women but not only with greater autonomy and opportunities worldwide
