Profile

An expert in international development finance with experience across international finance, global business, and government administration.

After serving as an executive at Mitsubishi Corporation, where he was involved in global strategy, he became a Director at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group, working on private sector development and the promotion of sustainable investment in emerging and developing countries. He has accumulated practical experience in the field of development finance, forming projects from both international institutional and private-sector perspectives.

He also served as an Advisor to the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture, contributing to collaboration between public policy and private enterprise. He has been involved in strategic planning that bridges local communities and the international economy, working across both public and private sectors.

Currently, as an Honorary Advisor to AWLF, he supports the creation of an environment in which next-generation women leaders can thrive in the international community, drawing on his experience in international business and development. He contributes to initiatives aimed at building a sustainable society through collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
