A mental toughness instructor who applies experience cultivated in martial arts to human resource development and social initiatives.
He achieved second place at the All Japan Student Judo Weight Category Championships and competed in the World University Championships, later entering professional martial arts and fighting in K-1 and PRIDE. In 2012, he became the inaugural middleweight champion of ROAD FC.
After retiring, he developed the corporate training program “Fightness,” based on martial arts training theory, and has provided team building and mental strength instruction at more than 100 companies. He works on human resource development aimed at improving communication and initiative within organizations.
He also founded the General Incorporated Association You-Do Association and continues support activities for children with disabilities and children in welfare institutions. Through writing and lectures, he communicates the importance of physical and mental health and resilience.
As an AWLF Global Ambassador, he supports strengthening the mental resilience of next-generation leaders through an approach that emphasizes self-growth and mutual understanding.
