Words That Keep Me Going

“Supporting others means living together.”
They value human connections and aim for a society where people support each other and grow together.

Message to the Next Generation of Women

While living abroad, value maintaining your identity while contributing to your new society.

Both women and young people have their own voices and the power to contribute to their communities.

Even a small step can become a significant step that changes the future.

Profile

Arrived in Japan from Nepal in 2004. After studying IT in Japan and working for corporations, they have devoted approximately 15 years to social activities deeply rooted in the Nepalese community in Japan.

They have particularly focused on supporting Nepalese women living in Japan, students, and women who have experienced domestic violence, providing a wide range of assistance from emotional care to practical living support and consultation services.

Striving for “a society where everyone can live with peace of mind and true to themselves,” they have served as Vice President of the Nepalese Association in Japan and as a leader of women’s support organizations.

Speaking Nepali, Japanese, English, and Hindi, they serve as a bridge between local communities and overseas communities, with a focus on multicultural coexistence and women’s empowerment.
