Born into a ryokan family in Shizuoka Prefecture, she cultivated both the philosophy of hospitality and a managerial perspective while participating in operations as a young proprietress. She later joined a startup company in Nagasaki, where she was responsible for content development, organizational building, recruitment, and fundraising, supporting the foundation for business growth.
In 2022, she founded Tsunagari Co., Ltd. Centered on regional revitalization and the inheritance of Japanese culture, she provides hands-on business support that translates the visions of business leaders into concrete action. By drawing out the value of local resources and connecting them to society and the market, she has supported sustainable business development.
At AWLF, as a project manager, she is involved in strengthening the operational foundation of the organization and is responsible for creating an environment in which women leaders across Asia can continue their activities. She supports mechanisms that foster collaboration across fields and borders.
Aiming to reconnect regional culture and the economy and create a cycle that conveys the appeal of Japan to the world, she continues activities that link the potential of people and communities to the future.
