Born in Shizuoka Prefecture, she grew up in a family that ran a traditional inn, where she learned the values of tradition and hospitality. After working as the young proprietress managing her family’s inn, she became a director at a startup company in Nagasaki, demonstrating leadership across various fields including content development, organization building, recruitment, and fundraising.

In 2022, she founded Tsunagari Co., Ltd., assuming the role of CEO. With a focus on regional revitalization and the preservation of Japanese culture, she supports business promotion as a partner in realizing the visions of business leaders. Her mission is to maximize regional potential and connect Japanese traditions to the world from a “glocal” perspective, thereby contributing to the enhancement of Japan’s national strength and societal development.

At AWLF, she is responsible for overall coordination and organizational development, creating environments where female leaders in Asia can thrive towards achieving a sustainable society. Serving as a bridge between Japan and the world, she is pioneering a new future.
