A human resource development leader from Vietnam dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders through education. As Executive Director of the educational organization “Lead The Change,” she promotes programs that cultivate youth initiative and the capacity for social transformation.

Over the past seven years, she has empowered more than 15,000 young people and directly mentored 600 individuals. Through collaboration with 15 NPOs and NGOs, she has implemented social impact projects, providing scholarship support and international training opportunities.

She is also engaged in regional talent development as a Leaders Create Leaders certified coach and representative of the ASEAN Young Leaders Program, and participates in social initiatives including “Women Will Ho Chi Minh” and “Orphans Futures Alliance.”

Currently, as a core member of the AWLF Vietnam Committee, she works to build an ecosystem in which youth and women become agents of social change.
