Born in Asakusa, Tokyo in 1987. After graduating from Keio University, worked in various business environments including large manufacturing companies, foreign financial institutions, and startups. Held key roles during growth phases such as sales, customer success setup, team building, and hiring.

While building a diverse career on the business frontline, deeply moved by meeting “women who had both ability and ambition but couldn’t fully use their talents due to various circumstances.” This experience led to starting a recruitment business specifically for women, aiming to create a society where women can use their potential fully and work independently.

With the mission of “expanding each person’s choices and creating a future connected to the world,” balances business and childcare while supporting the growth of the next generation of women leaders. Also contributes to creating a sustainable and diverse society from the perspective of a mother of one child.
