Born in Mejiro, Tokyo, Haruko Iino graduated from the Department of History at Gakushuin University.
She built her career at Chuo Senko and the Dentsu Group, where she worked on branding and communication projects for numerous prestigious global and domestic brands, including Loewe, Veuve Clicquot, BMW, Guerlain, the LVMH Group, Tasaki, Audi, Porsche, and NHK.
With over 50 years of experience, she has played a pioneering role in shaping Japan’s advertising and branding industry.
She currently works as an independent producer, supporting a wide range of corporate and cultural projects across cosmetics, beauty and wellness, architecture and design, and traditional craftsmanship.
She has also contributed to the launch of the “One Story Award,” a sustainable beauty initiative, and continues to embody the integration of beauty, culture, and intellectual leadership across generations.
