A human resources and career development specialist who has long supported talent development and career formation while personally practicing the balance between work and family life.
She experienced childbirth while studying at Waseda University and, after graduation, worked in corporate human resources roles and as an HR consultant. For approximately 25 years, she has supported both organizations and individuals in career development and workstyle design, working with more than 1,600 companies. Utilizing her qualification as a Shortened-Hours Housework Coordinator Expert, she proposes workstyle arrangements suited to different life stages and environments that enable continued professional activity.
Her initiatives have been recognized as a model for balancing work-life integration and career formation, earning the Grand Prize at the 3rd Working Mother of the Year (WAW! 2016 related event) and the Individual Award at the Forbes JAPAN WOMEN AWARD 2016.
Currently, as an External Advisor to AWLF, she supports career planning and practical implementation that enable women to remain engaged with society regardless of life changes. By connecting the perspectives of individuals and organizations, she contributes to realizing sustainable ways of working.
