A pragmatic female leader with more than 25 years of experience in both international humanitarian assistance and global business development. She served as Acting Country Director of CARE International in the Philippines and as Emergency Response Team Leader for the Asia-Pacific region, directing disaster risk reduction and poverty alleviation programs.

Currently, as a senior executive of the Australian real estate development and investment company Blue Chip Global Development (BCGD), she is involved in international projects totaling 3.8 billion USD, while promoting women’s participation and gender equality in the construction and development sector. She has also contributed to Asian Development Bank (ADB)-related projects and the formulation of Brunei’s national vision.

She holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas. Since 2019, she has served as a speaker at the international conference Horasis, advocating for social inclusion and women’s empowerment. Guided by Christian values, she upholds a leadership philosophy grounded in love and responsibility.
