After completing her master’s degree, she joined Sumitomo Chemical Co.,Ltd. She was engaged in the development of display materials (liquid crystals, optical films for liquid crystal displays, and polymer OLED light-emitting materials) for more than 20 years. After that, she was engaged in the office for commercialization of OLED displays and OLED lighting.

She became Associate  Office in 2013.

After retiring from Sumitomo Chemical in 2019, She was appointed as Executive Vice President of STIS. In 2020, she was appointed President and Representative Director of the company.
