Profile
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California (USC), and a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Education from Mahidol University in Thailand. Her research, “A Flexible Supply Chain Management Game,” was published in the Q2-ranked international journal Simulation & Gaming (USA).
She has professional experience working with global companies such as Southern California Gas Company, Boeing, United Airlines, Intel, Greenspot Company, Krungdhep Sophon Public Company Limited, and its subsidiaries. Alongside her professional career, she has also been actively involved in education. Since 2004, she has taught at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels at numerous prestigious universities. Notably, she restructured the Supply Chain & Logistics Management course at Mahidol University International College in 2004—a structure still in use today.
With over a decade of consulting and corporate training experience, she specializes in startup strategy, supply chain, logistics, and value chain optimization. Her expertise spans Lean Management, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Business Insight, and modern business operations, having trained leaders in both multinational corporations and local enterprises. She is also frequently invited as a keynote speaker by organizations such as the Department of Export Promotion (DEP), Thai Airways, and Tesco Lotus.
From 2021 to 2023, she served as an advisor to the Minister of Digital Economy and Society. Between 2022 and 2024, she held roles including qualified member of the National Digital Economy and Society Committee (chaired by the Prime Minister) and committee member of the Digital Economy Development Fund (chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister). Since 2021, she has also served on the board of directors of Thailand Post Distribution, a state enterprise.
