As Founder and CEO of the remote work agency “Momade,” she has established a new employment model that enables mothers to work while balancing household responsibilities and childcare.

She currently supports more than 700 women across several countries, promoting the creation of sustainable income sources through digital skills. She also works as a business and branding coach, empowering women through courage, compassion, and practical strategy.

In 2023, she received the Women in Tech Global Award, which recognizes women active in the technology field. She currently serves as Chair of the AWLF Mongolia Committee, leading efforts to create a society in which women can thrive beyond borders and to develop the next generation of leaders.
