A business accelerator specializing in strategic branding and communication, supporting the growth of SMEs and women entrepreneurs.

She began her career as a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, and after serving in a managerial role at the major telecommunications company SingTel, she became an entrepreneur. The restaurant she operated, “Samar,” grew to a million-dollar scale without advertising and was selected for TIME magazine’s “Best of Asia.” As Director of the SME Centre of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI), she advised more than 5,000 companies, and as a founding member and President of the women-only BNI chapter “BNI Venus,” she has promoted network-building among women entrepreneurs.

She has also been involved in policy and education, having served as a board member of the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). She holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Currently, through her own networks, she supports the growth of entrepreneurs with limited access to opportunities, and as Chair of the AWLF Singapore Committee, she works to build an ecosystem that maximizes women’s potential.
