A social leader who has long worked to support women and develop human resources within the Nepali community in Japan, dedicating efforts to the independence of foreign residents and the promotion of multicultural coexistence.

After coming to Japan in 2004 and studying IT, she worked in corporate employment and has continued support activities for Nepali residents in Japan for nearly 20 years. In particular, she has provided on-the-ground assistance to Nepali women and students living in Japan, including consultation services, daily life support, and emotional care for women affected by domestic violence. She is currently involved in the management of HUMAN RESOURCES Co., Ltd., which specializes in recruitment and support for Nepali talent, working to promote human resource development and social participation connecting Japan and Nepal.

Through multilingual support using Nepali, Japanese, English, and Hindi, she serves as a bridge between local communities and overseas communities. Currently, as Chair of the AWLF Nepal Committee, she contributes to women’s empowerment across borders and the development of next-generation leaders.
