An entrepreneur and investor active in both business and human resource development, drawing on Indian-origin thinking methods and international business experience.

Born in New Delhi. After coming to Japan in 1996, he has been engaged in business activities across Japan, India, and Asia, providing advice on management and organizational operations in cross-cultural environments. Focusing on the Indian concept of “Jugaad,” he introduces it as a practical way of thinking through corporate training and lectures. He has supported companies including Panasonic, Nissan, and Accenture in the areas of cross-cultural management and strategy.

In addition to operating an online English education business and participating in regional revitalization projects, he has also been involved in education as a former director of a Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed company and as a visiting professor at Kobe Institute of Computing. He shares insights on international business and innovative thinking, including through his book The Billionaire Thinking of India’s Wealthy Elite.

As an Advisor to AWLF, he shares perspectives and practical knowledge that enable women leaders to operate beyond borders, leveraging his international experience and innovation-oriented mindset. He works to support human resource development that connects diverse values.
