On Friday, February 13, 2026, Asia Women Leaders Forum (AWLF) will host its 7th AWLF Online Summit via Zoom.
AWLF Online Summit is a recurring, dialogue-based series designed as
“A Third Place to Connect with Asian Women Leaders.”
It brings together participants across generations and borders to engage in meaningful conversations, learn from lived experiences, and reflect on leadership and life.
For this session, we are honored to welcome Ms. Harasha Bafana, a social entrepreneur and brand strategist based in Singapore.
Ms. Bafana has spent over 28 years working across diplomacy, entrepreneurship, branding, and public service.
Guided by her belief in “Little People to Big Deal,” she has supported countless individuals—especially women and youth—to recognize the value of their own stories and amplify their voices on the global stage.
Through her work as Chairperson of AWLF Singapore and Founder & Director of The Adam & Hawa Network, she continues to build inclusive spaces where leadership, compassion, and strategic thinking intersect.

At the intersection of social entrepreneurship and branding, she continues to open new pathways for women to lead, thrive, and shape the future.
