Asia Women Leaders Forum (AWLF) is launching a regular online summit series as a “Third Place to Connect with Asian Women Leaders.”
We are pleased to announce that the first session will take place on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 19:00 to 20:30 (JST) via Zoom. (Japanese)
Participation is free of charge.
Today marks exactly one week until the event.
For this inaugural session, we are honored to welcome Ms. Tomoko Katsurayama, President and CEO of T.K. Associates and Professor at GLOBIS University Graduate School of Management.
She will speak on the theme of “Fulfillment: Balancing Achievement and Personal Satisfaction,” drawing from her international career and personal journey.
Ms. Katsurayama has held leadership positions at Nike Japan, Amazon Japan, and international consulting firms. She currently serves as a professor at Japan’s leading business school, GLOBIS University, and has also led global expansion efforts as CEO of regional subsidiaries in Southeast Asia.

This summit aims to be a place where such encounters happen.
It will be held as an interactive online event, featuring not only keynote speeches but also group discussions among participants.
AWLF believes that the “love” and “strength” of 2 billion women in Asia will create a cycle of kindness that shapes our shared future.

In 2026, AWLF plans to host an international summit at the United Nations ESCAP Headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together 333 leading women from across Asia.
