Yanying “Toto” Deng is an entrepreneur and community builder born in Beijing, China. After launching her first business at the age of 19, she gained experience in Japan and the United States, built her career as a consultant at IBM Japan, and later co-founded the blockchain company TEAMZ in 2017.

During the transition from Web2 to Web3, she promoted technology adoption and international projects, leading large-scale blockchain summits held in Tokyo and across Asia, contributing to the development of a global startup ecosystem.

She also led the expansion of a young entrepreneur community as the Japan leader of RED CLUB × Cartier, and in 2020 founded “Sheis,” an initiative aimed at women’s economic independence, promoting empowerment activities that integrate technology and education.

Currently, as Chair of the AWLF China Committee, she works to develop next-generation women leaders and to build international collaborative networks across Asia.
