Linh Hoang, the experienced Executive Director of Lead The Change, ignites the potential of future change leaders. This leading impact education organization cultivates a spirit of innovation, collaboration, and education, empowering young minds to shape a sustainable future.
Linh’s dedication has yielded impressive results. In her seven years at the helm, she has inspired over 15,000 young Vietnamese, raised over VND 300 million, supported 600 mentees, and positively impacted 15 NPOs and NGOs. Nearly 100 scholarships have been awarded, and over 200 talented Vietnamese youth have received international training under her leadership.
Linh’s passion for human development is further exemplified by her roles as a Certified Coach at Leaders Create Leaders and a delegate of the ASEAN Young Leader Program. Her involvement with Women Will Ho Chi Minh and Orphans Futures Alliance further underscores her commitment to community upliftment.
